Jacqueline Jill Collins OBE was an English romance novelist, actress and business woman best known for coining the term 'Lady Boss'. She was a prolific writer selling over 500 million copies of saucy romance.
I love the titles of her novels like The Bitch, The World Is Full of Married Men, Lucky and the whole Santangelo series. In my illustrated portrait I may have invented a few of my own!
In my mind she will always look like Dawn French in the French & Saunders sketch "Lucky Bitches".
